Bayview Condominiums offer plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, boat slip and tranquil bay views. The location is great as well, close to the infamous Doc's Seafood, 3 miles away from The Wharf, and near multiple shopping plazas. Some activities in the area include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. 

Policies:

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. One dog is allowed, $250 pet fee, max weight 50lbs, pre-registration required.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
